Italian 19th Century Louis XV St. Tole, Gilt Metal And Saxe Porcelain Chandelier

About the Item

A beautiful Italian 19th century Louis XV st. Tole, gilt metal and Saxe porcelain chandelier. The six arm eighteen bulb chandelier is centered by a charming bottom gilt metal floral finial below exceptional scrolled interlocking tole branches with lovely pressed metal leaves and superb colorful hand painted Saxe porcelain blooming flowers. The beautifully scrolled arms are spread over multiple tiers and also display wonderful branch like designs adorned with additional remarkable Saxe porcelain flowers and striking gilt metal acanthus leaf accents leading to superb blooming flower gilt metal candle cups. Fine forest green colored chains adorned with leaves and flowers lead upwards to the lovely foliate gilt metal top crown.
