Lucy redefines lighting as an art form, where technical precision meets aesthetic excellence, offering a captivating lighting solution that’s as functional as it is visually striking. The combination of anodised aluminium with an intricate arrangement of fairground bulbs offers an elegant but simultaneously playful lighting collection that can be both suspended from ceilings or wall mounted with special wall brackets.

Jasper van Grootel founded JSPR in 2005. He let the company grow into a versatile interior design label, immediately receiving a lot of attention for his Plastic Fantastic furniture collection, a collection that, although no longer available, we are still very proud of! In 2013, Jasper reconnected with his passion for electronics and lighting, which shifted JSPR’s focus to creating only beautiful and unique light fixtures since then. A specialisation that gives us much joy.
We distinguish ourselves from other brands by focusing on large-scale lighting objects. Room-filling, statement pieces that define and transform interiors.
Being committed to on-demand production, JSPR can customize each product to a client’s needs. Each product is made by hand, one at a time, by our dedicated producers here in the Netherlands. We make sure our products are made out of sustainable materials, built to last, using only LED light and energy-efficient technology. Our production team makes sure every product is realized to everybody’s maximum satisfaction.

Contemporary Glass Lamp: Semazen Crystal Hanging Pendant Light Pink
Located in Ulcombe, Kent
This new lighting collection is cast in optic crystal and inspired by A.M. radio waves and whirling motions of Sufi dancers. The dynamic between the inner and outer form encourages viewers to look both through and at the surface of the glass with its waves and striations of colour.
The pieces are made using an ancient glass casting technique called core casting.
The colour way of each suspended light is unique due to the nature of the movement of glass within the cast mould.
Lit by a micro LED marker contained within the bronze mount the light sparkles through hundreds of tiny bubbles creating a glowing ambience that is reflected from within by the delicate textures and waves of the core.
When viewed together, each group of pendants creates a story of alchemy, texture, and energy that can harmonize with their setting whether it be austere or luxurious.
Each piece is cast in the studio of Max Jacquard Glass on the Greensand Way in Kent, England. Max's experience in cast glass spans the length of 30 years and he is known for his innovative and tasteful approach to cast glass that is based in historical methods and contemporary practice.
Core cast in Optical Lead Crystal with Bronze mount, hand polished.
