About the Item
Superb 1950’s wicker fish ceiling light, French. Due to their nature these original ceiling lights are incredibly rare to find from this period and especially in such good condition. We have managed to source 2 of these incredible hand crafted lamps, the other is available on a separate listing.
The single e14 (small screw in) Edison lamp holder sits inside the body of the Fish, the light pouring from the mouth and ‘scales’, this light still has a replacement wicker hanging chain fitted.
Please note only use LED bulbs with this light.
A truly remarkable and rare survivor of its form and style.
