About the Item
This beautiful midcentury Scandinavian / Swedish chrome pendant was designed by Hans-Agne Jakobsson for Markaryd in the 1960s.
The lamp has got a cable which you can adjust in height. At the moment it is 140cm long.
A unique piece which is a great eye-catcher for your antique, modern, space age or midcentury interior.
All pieces are looked after in our own restoration workshop. We also can do new upholstery cover or other special requests.

Hans-Agne Jakobsson
Hans-Agne Jakobsson was a Swedish interior and furniture designer, who ran his own company from 1951. Jakobsson was especially famous for his lighting designs, which often had a softly glowing light and organic shape. His designs were inspired by great, modern Scandinavian designers such as the Finnish icon Alvar Aalto and Danish lighting master Poul Henningsen.
