Modernist Polished Nickel & Handblown Murano Black & Clear Glass Disc Chandelier
About the Item
This refined and elegant chandelier was realized in Murano, Italy- the islands off the coast of Venice renowned for centuries for their superlative glass production. It features a pagoda style body- consisting of an abundance of Vistosi style discs with opaque black centers and transparent perimeters- attached to a lustrous chrome body. The chandelier is suspended from the ceiling via a domed canopy and chain, also in nickel. With its clean lines- inspired by Mid-Century Modern design at its finest- and monochromatic palate, this chandelier would be a winning addition to any style of interior. It has been newly rewired to American standards and is in excellent condition. The height can be adjusted to suit.
