Can. Not. Resist! The NomNom Light by Odin Visser is a contemporary lighting design that puts a smile on your face and a tingle in your belly. This modestly sized suspension light is the perfect example of the art of omission, while remaining distinctive. Two straight lines and a sphere that create the illusion of two chopsticks holding something delicious. As a stand-alone there’s no way around NomNom’s playful elegance, but when multiplied in a bundle or in a row, it’s simply irresistible. The NomNom Light makes us hungry for more! And with six colours to choose from, there’s always a new flavour to try out.
About Odin Visser
Odin Visser is an expert in product development, lighting, and industrial design. In 2022 he co-founded Studio Loop Loop. A research-based design studio with a different take on sustainable and local production and a holistic view of product design and manufacturing.
With self-made tools for innovative and autonomous production, Studio Loop Loop designs and creates objects with unexpected logic and functional aesthetics in the core of their DNA. Their work can be described as advanced minimalism, where the art of omission is perfectly mastered.
Studio Loop Loop navigates the tension between industry and craft, between mass production and one-offs. Their main goal is to extend product life through their designs and production. Holistically looking at modularity, simplicity of build, reversibility, pieces of serial tracking, local and social production.

For almost twenty years Moooi has inspired and seduced the world with sparkling and innovative designs. The venture founded in 2001, is currently led by Marcel Wanders and Robin Bevers. Moooi is named after the Dutch word for beautiful – the third ‘o’ in the brand name stands for an extra value in terms of beauty & uniqueness. Moooi doesn’t tell designers what to do, but listens to what designers want to make, try to realise their dreams. Eclectic and always on the edge of commercial reality and cultural interest.
