Pair of Mid-Century Modern Chandeliers in Frosted Glass, Black Enamel & Chrome

About the Item

This stunning pair of Mid century modern chandeliers were realized in the Czech republic circa 1950. They offer two oblate spherical forms (like compacted orbs) with atomic channel detailing circumscribing the sides in frosted glass, and also etched into the bottom of the glass shade creating a six point starred form. The matching pendants attach to a volumetric circular canopy via a polished chrome rod. With their monochromatic palate and clean modernist lines, these chandeliers would be a winning addition to any style of interior from classic Mid Century to contemporary. They have been newly rewired to American standards and are in excellent vintage condition. The height can be adjusted to suit. Czechoslovakia, circa 1950 Dimensions: 16" Diameter X 33.5"H
