About the Item

I’ve been doing this a while and in all the years I rarely get my hands on a one like this. It's a nice original example and is museum or advanced collector quality. The double ring of reflectors have a 32 inch diameter. The reflectors have all early glass. The inner ring is milk glass and the outer is an interesting combination of alternating milk and fluted mirror. The original fuel tank holds six lamps and is crafted from six 3 inch diameter brass tubes. Each joint is mitered to create a large continuous ring. The lamp still shows almost all of its original paint. Every font has been converted and wired for light bulbs. This example is 45 inches tall. It’s ready to go. These lamps were mostly found in lobbies of an 1800s play house or government building. They don’t get showier than this.
