About the Item
A rare internally adjustable nautical hanging lamp in solid brass, white opaline glass and copper alloy outer shade. You can adjust the spreading and intensity of the light via the stylish tomb-screw at the bottom. It was made by Lyfa in Denmark during the 1960s or 70s. Possibly very limited or a commissioned series and possibly designed by either Frits Schlegel or Bent Karlby. However the Lyfa catalogue is very incomplete and this particular pendant is not included. Measurements: H: 40 cm (up to), Diameter: 36 cm (copper shade).
