About the Item

Los Angeles–based metal sculptor and designer Tom Greene created this fabulous brutalist chandelier for the Feldman Lighting Company in the late 1960s-early 1970s. He used an oxyacetylene torch to cut and create his large organic sculptures and lamps in brass or bronze. The original burnished and patinated finish is intact and has aged beautifully over the years. The chandelier is lit with 4 interior bulbs. The body is suspended from the ceiling canopy by three chains. Perfect for the dining room, over a kitchen island, pool table or bar. This piece is all original as found with matching ceiling canopy, often lost, and chains. Some wear to the chains and light wear overall. The body measures 34" wide, 15" high and 15.25" in diameter. Including the chain and canopy the drop as shown is 43".
