About the Item

Train pendant lamp, which is now and then attributed to Harvey Guzzini. However, there is no confirmed source for this. The lamp stages itself as an imposing luminous object. In this design, different materials come together. The luminous core is formed by a sphere of opal glass. This is surrounded by a ring-shaped plastic shade, which is open at the top and bottom and allows the luminous sphere to peek out. All this is framed by striking chrome brackets. The flat chrome elements are designed as a supporting cross at the top. At the bottom, they form the handle for the pendulum function. As a design detail, the chrome brackets at the top and bottom complete the basic shape of the lamp as a sphere. The lamp is in very good condition with traces of use. The chrome parts have just been repolished by a craftsman. Up to 250V (Europe/UK Standard).The wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
