About the Item
Acquired are delighted to present for sale this incredible original Mid Century Modern Italian Sputnik chandelier dating from circa 1955. A twelve branch model with opaline glass globe shades this piece has the most amazing patina to the brass structure. The globe shades themselves stand out also in that they have beautiful brass tips and detailing. We have had the piece professionally wired to UK and Irish regulations but again it can be easily rewired by a professional electrician in your country so it meets the specifications required. Once illuminated it gives off a wonderful ambient light and is an incredibly striking piece of lighting perfect for a wide variety of settings. Please see our additional photos and in particular our video which I hope should give you a real sense of the style, quality, scale and patina of this rare and unique chandelier. Please note also that we are offering free international delivery on this item.
