Wrought Iron Tall Candle Holder, 20th Century

About the Item

Tall candle holder ("torchiere") made in wrought iron, with tripod base formed by volutes and a triangular piece from which the shaft arises. This ends in a plate from which part of a piece that would hold the candlestick. It shows a clear influence of ancient works, especially from the Baroque pieces from the 17thcentury. Size: 38 x 38 x 133 cms.
