About the Item
This tall antique wood floor lamp was carved in Italy, circa 1890. The elegant light stands a scrolled tripartite pedestal base ending with scrolled feet. The fluted stem is decorated with acanthus leaf motifs and embellished at the top with a wooden bobeche cup under the decorative real wax candle sleeve. The Classic Italian lamp has new wiring with a single light, a convenient on/off foot switch, and adorns the original two-tone beige and gilt patinated paint finish. The light fixture is in excellent condition and ready for use. Custom silk shade included.
