GORGEOUS! SPARKLING MID CENTURY DANISH MODERN TRI-COLOR THREE GLASS SHADE TENSION POLE LAMP! ICONIC MCM COLORS OF ORANGE, WHITE & BLUE! CIRCA 1957-59 (FITS 8 FT. CEILING) This is a gorgeous tri-color tension pole lamp in a spectacular Danish modern style! The orange, white and turquoise glass shades are iconic and combined with he sculptured wood makes this lamp especially attractive. It looks magnificent on or off! The three glass elegantly shaped shades are a rarity in mid century pole lamps! These heavy shades, over the decades often shatter as the swivels lose tension, but this lamp has tight swivels and is an incredible survivor. This is one of the finest examples of this type tension pole lamp in the world, so if you have been waiting to add one of these to your magnificent interiors - now is the time! They rarely appear in the marketplace and most that do are nowhere near as nice as this treasure! This example is a once in a lifetime opportunity for the eagle eyed decorator or collector!
