Mid Century Modern Vintage Cherry Floor Lamp Julius Jirasek circa 1945 Vienna

About the Item

Mid Century Modern floor lamp Model Number L 24 ( 5390 ) from solid cherrywood and veneered cherrywood designed by Julius Jirasek for Werkstätte Hagenauer, circa 1945 Vienna. A wonderful floor lamp showing a composition of a circular like table with a stellar veneered plate also with a facet and a raised edge trim. Lightly curved three legs finalize the elegant shape of the floor lamp. The amazing floor lamp shows a hand made soft pastel pink lamp shade in its original shape and brass nickel-plated details and is held through a fluted stem. Two E 27 sockets and on/off switch The stem and the table are shellac polished by hand while the cherrywood demonstrates stunning warmth and depth.
