Striking Pair of Articulating Alpine polished Aluminum Eyelid Floor Lamps

About the Item

We love the unique look of these floor lamps. Each lamp is made using two early parts that create something totally different. The rare highly polished aluminum spherical lamp shades were Alpine Sun Lamps and they were manufactured by the Hanovia Company. They each have their trademark pull-down eyelid shade. Both lamps were newly rewired to now take a standard bulb... nothing exotic. We mounted the lamps on a pair of matching iron articulating Save-Light Company bases. The lamp heads are matching but one has an additional added meter and small locking handle. The tallest this will stretch is 72" and the base has an 18 inch diameter. They are amazing displayed as pair. but in case you only need one we priced them individually. As a pair they almost look as if they are singing.
