This stunning floor lamp was designed by Max Ingrand for Fontana Arte in Italy circa1960s. Model 2482 has a tulip base with a stunning large frosted white glass shade. The lamp has five bulbs .Four down lights and one up light with two switches. Ecru color . Beautiful lamp in great condition .
