About the Item

Brutalist and Cubist style pendant lamp by Gaetano Sciolari for AV Mazzega, Italy, 1970s. Composed by 9 cubic diffusers of translucent Murano glass combined with white glass using the "threaded" technique, which gives it a unique texture and appearance. Hand-blown. Tubular structure of silver chrome metal combining the glossy and matte finish. Very timeless piece in Space Age and Hollywood Regency style, very elegant and for any type of decoration. This ceiling lamp is in the style of the creations of Carlo Nason and Aldo Nason, Zero Quattro, Vistosi and La Murrina. For 9 E27 bulbs. Original installation reviewed and fully operational. LED compatible. Perfect condition, with imperceptible signs of wear on the metal structure. A chain can be added to increase the lenght. Note: We always try to the fullest to respect and preserve as much as possible all the original elements of every piece (wiring, lampshade, finishes...) so as not to alter the original aesthetics and so that they can continue to have another life with their intact soul. That is why sometimes certain elements can present wear and tear, but they are part of the life of each piece, always providing a very pleasant patina.
