Italian cream metal, plastic & brass Mid Century wall/ceiling lamp

Large wall or ceiling lamp with neon lighting. Cream-colored painted metal structure (some defects and small gaps), side closing covers in brass sheet. lampshade in semi-transparent and knurled plastic sheet (visible crack).
The lampshade is original but has a visible break as shown in the photo.
