About the Item
One of a Kind Sunburst Flush Mount Crown Light, Wrought Iron, Gold Leaf, Pressed Glass,
Spain, 1940s
Large size.
This stunning ceiling lamp features a hand forged iron sunburst frame with scrolled / eye-lash endings holding a glass lampshade. It surrounds a central pressed glass shade with bubble pattern thorough. It is finished in gold leaf gilding and it shows a terrific original patina.
This ceiling lamp was entirely made by hand, it has a heavy hand-hammered construction and it has an eye-catching Hollywood Regency design with Spanish colonial accents. It would it be a nice Master piece addition placed in a main room, living room or entry hall.
