Paavo Tynell founded Taito in 1918, which became the Finnish lighting industry trendsetter during the interwar period. This ceiling lamp stands as a testament to timeless design, seamlessly merging the elegance of the Art Deco period with the refined minimalism of mid-century modernism. Its unique appearance captures attention, showcasing a layered glass shade that exudes innovative sophistication. What makes this lamp special is its so-called stepped design, reminiscent of a wedding cake.
