A 1950s Danish Brass And Bakelite Telescopic Wall Lamp
About the Item
A 1950s brass and Bakelite telescopic wall reading lamp.
A classic period piece of lighting with a beautiful age related patina to all the parts from the brass wall bracket and telescopic arm to the Bakelite shade and Bakelite bulb holder with on off switch.
Telescopic from 50cm to 74cm and with a swivel wall bracket and universal joint at the bulb holder giving a 360 degree rotation making it a very versatile and ideal reading lamp.
Rewired with black twisted cloth flex and insulated thereby illuminating the need for grounding.
Will be mounted with an EU UK or US electrical plug making it ready to plug in and use.
