Jason Robinson Art + Design
Jason Robinson is a Canadian designer and artist based in Brooklyn, NY. His practice cuts across a wide creative spectrum - from art, furniture and lighting to humanitarian and consumer products. At every opportunity, he brings his own hands to his work, keeping a human-centered approach as the focus. Many of his projects invite users to engage with his pieces - often through touch - allowing them to create their own personal experiences. Jason's work has been showcased at the Museum of Modern Art, Design Miami and WantedDesign Manhattan. Born in Canada, Jason attended Stanford University (BSc, MA) in 1989. After graduating, he began his design career at the international design firm, IDEO, which eventually led him to open his own design consultancy. His work for international agencies such as UNICEF, has appeared in over twenty countries and touched the lives of over a million children. "From my perspective - art, design and all that fall in between - are part of the human experience. It is the exploration of the human experience that drives my creative practice. Sometimes this means problem solving. Sometimes this means expressing or amplifying an idea. Often this means creating products or experiences that elevate our sense of self and our community." - Jason Robinson

LES PRECIEUX
These luminous sculptures evolve with the rhythm of the passing of time, their locations and lifestyles of their owners.
Moving reflections with variable ripples, their hypnotic caustics and ephemeral lights are nuanced according to the natural light they receive. The evening, they metamorphose and immerse us in a sweet atmosphere
warm and warm.
Inspired by the world of jewellery and entirely hand-crafted, - LES PRECIEUX- are made from cast, hammered glass sheets or blown. The structure and finishes are brushed brass, a touch of gold
who has just finished dedicating these unique pieces.
Composed of different layers put into volume, these light sculptures seem to float on the walls they inhabit. A delicate balance that combines the organic and the angular, the translucent and the opaque, the smooth and the textured, the polished and broken, a lightweight structure and an assertive design.

MARIE JEUNET
From grandparents to framers and lighting manufacturers, a childhood spent next to the
workshop of a great master glassmaker, this was what predestined Marie Jeunet to get
passionate about the decorative arts very early on.
To the question «Inanimate objects, do you have a soul?» she answers without the least
hesitation, which she is convinced of.
