About the Item
Pair of 1950s Giuseppe Ostuni Model #101 Yellow Articulating Sconces for O-Luce. Executed in patinated brass and yellow painted perforated aluminum shade. Sconces pivot up/down and left/right. An incredibly clean and refined design by one of the Italian lighting icons of the modern age. Unmarked.
Price is for the pair.
O-Luce was one of the most innovative lighting design companies in Italy during the midcentury era. Their designs have been long sought after by collectors in the know.

Each lamp accommodates 1x 60w max equivalent standard candelabra base (e12) LED bulb (LED only, not included). Professionally rewired for US electrical with new period style brass backplate for mounting over standard US j-box. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing possible from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for additional fee. Contact us to facilitate.
Some age appropriate scuffs, dings, nicks, patina, and wear as largely shown and noted only for accuracy.
Please note only one representative lamp shown in listing images, but both lamps in equally good condition and present well as a pair. Additional images available upon request.
