Pair of Formal Classical Two Light Candlestick Sconces by Caldwell

About the Item

Exceptional pair of formal style wall sconces by Edward F. Caldwell, circa 1900/30's. The sconces feature an urn and swag upper section, over a classical stylized backplate with two candlestick arms. The finish is a gorgeous stain brass, adding to the elegant look of these fine pieces. Both are in very good, clean and working condition, both have been newly professionally rewired and are in ready to install condition. One sconce has the "C" in a diamond Caldwell mark on verso as shown. Offered and priced as a pair, dimensions as follows. H 21" x W 12.74 x D 5.5"
