About the Item

This publication corresponds to a pair of lamps. If you want a single unit, or three or more units, there is another publication for it. AMÀ LAMP Amà, comes from the Catalan ''a mà'', which means ''handmade'', and it is how this contemporary lamp is made. With hand-turned beech wood, solid brass details, and hand-woven lampshade in natural rattan. Mediterranean, simple, elegant. Designed by Chitarrini Studio in Barcelona, and inspired by the atmospheres of Mediterranean houses, by the great architects of the 20th century. It is a tribute to local craftsmanship. LAMPSHADE: The Amà wall lamp, features a half-dome shaped lampshade, hand-woven in our workshops, with natural rattan. After weaving the lampshade, it is protected with a layer of colourless varnish to better withstand humid conditions. Likewise, it is a lamp suitable for indoor use only. LIGHT: Inside, it has a lamp holder with a place for a bulb type E-27 or E-26 of small size Ø45x75 mm. It is recommended to use a warm LED filament bulb. It provides a soft light that is very pleasing to the eye, which highlights the natural details of the rattan shade. There is the option to order it with a switch on the base of the lamp. It does not come as standard. STRUCTURE: It has a continuous vertical upright, which enters into the rattan shade. Its materiality combines polished brass and colourless varnished beech wood, highlighting the natural beauty of each material. The precision with which the union between these two materials is made, means that there is total continuity in the foot of the lamp. POSITION: Ideal for corridors, as a bedside night light, or as a decorative piece in any room. TECHNICAL INFORMATION Usable in US, UK, EU, and more electrical systems. Installation: To be fixed to the wall. Includes all the necessary elements to do it. Lampholder: Single, E26-E27 Light source: 1 x 12W LED E27 LED Filament small size Ø45x75 mm / Ø1.77''x2.95'' (not supplied) - 2700°K (warm white color) Lighting type: Ambient Dimensions: H 14.17'' / L 10.6'' / l 5.9'' Materials: Natural rattan lampshade. Natural finish beech wood structure and polished brass. White rosette and lamp holder hidden behind the lampshade. Maintenance: Clean the structure with a dry cloth, and clean the lampshade with a cloth slightly dampened with water. Do not use detergents, ammonia or abrasive products.
