About the Item
We offer for sale an elegant pair of sconces made in Italy between the 1980s and early 1990s, inspired by the timeless elegance of early 20th-century models produced by the historic Venetian manufacturer Barovier e Toso.
Each sconce features a two-light structure in gilded metal, topped with two classic fountain-shaped glass shades that flare from a 16 cm base to a width of 26 cm.
The ribbed glass shades are crafted using the Murano glass technique known as Graniglia, a granular texture that creates beautiful light effects.
The sconces are in working condition and display good vintage condition overall. The glass elements are intact, with no cracks or breaks.
