A rare and beautifully patinated set of five matching Spanish wrought iron lantern wall sconces, dating to the early 20th century and sourced from a distinguished historic residence in Hancock Park, Los Angeles. These architectural fixtures exemplify the timeless elegance of Spanish Revival design, with their finely detailed craftsmanship and striking silhouette.
Each lantern is hand-forged in heavy wrought iron and features a flared foliate crown, gracefully scrolled arms, and delicate leafy flourishes. The lantern bodies are inset with their original glass panels, which possess a subtly beaded and slightly wavy quality—typical of early glass and lending a rich, old-world character. The glass softly diffuses light while offering a glimpse of the twin candelabra-style sockets within.
