About the Item

Bronze is renowned for its durability and rich dark color that develops a patina over time. When polished, it can even be gilded. Jules Wabbes had a deep appreciation for noble materials and timeless objects, and his designs reflect his commitment to using superior materials to achieve the highest quality. Each component of his lamps is functional, showcasing a meticulous assembly process. This sconce is crafted from five rings of cast bronze, which acquire a beautiful patina over time. The light diffuses elegantly above and below the bronze shade, creating a stunning effect as it passes through the rings.

Hans Agne Jakobsson Brass Wall Lamp, Midcentury from Sweden
By Hans-Agne Jakobsson
Located in Forest, BE
Nice brass wall lamps. They provide a warm atmosphere and even better when lighted. Made of thin stripes of brass delicately riveted with a brass nail to the metal frame. Minimal details. We have a set of 4 to match this one. Great to have them as a set of 5. When can get more upon request.
