About the Item
These lamps, (ideally kept as a pair) are a modern revisit to glorious art deco.
As with all the work of Sam Rush, these lamps should be viewed as functional art . So whether in daylight or at night, lit or not, they command attention and define their area in any room they occupy.
The lamps have a reassuring heft which comes from the materials they are made, stainless steel and brass. These two dissimilar metals compliment each other and being of high quality, will not lose their appeal over time, most likely looking better as time passes. "lamps for your grandchildren to squabble over".
Sam rush designs and builds his creations alone and deliberately does not employ others or outsource production. For this reason, all Sam's lamps are to a great extent limited edition as there are only so many lamp that are produced.
Every lamp carries the makers mark and are UKCA certificated, compatible with CE and to LU standards.
