About the Item
Small spherical antique wooden table light in the style of Jean Besnard. Beautifully lacquered in earthy olive green, brown and golden colors in animalistic speckled pattern. Wooden top and base with golden paint. Created by anonymous designer during the 1920s - signature under base. Original brass and porcelain fitting with on/off switch not tested - local rewiring recommended.
Great vintage condition consistent with age.
Lampshade of choice can be added - let us know.
