About the Item
Handcrafted two-arm candelabra in cast bronze featuring sculpted motifs of an owl perched on a twig and abstract leaves. These decorative elements were individually wax modelled, making each piece entirely unique, as no molds were used. Each candlestick is finished by hand, ensuring that no two are exactly alike. Patinas may vary. Similar designs in different sizes or featuring alternative motifs are available on request.
Height 52 cm including brass light fitting, excludes lampshade, lamp shade not provided. Bronze table lamp with bronze base of L 23 cm x W 14.
Blending art and functionality with the rich, enduring beauty of this age-old material my range of bespoke handcrafted furniture and lighting captures the magnificence of Africa's wildlife. All my furniture and lighting is designed, individually sculpted, cast, chased, and finished by myself. Using the lost wax method, I cast each work in my own foundry and complete it entirely by hand. This lamp is part of a growing collection of functional bronze art. While each lamp, candelabra or table are unique, similar pieces can be commissioned or created as a pair.
