About the Item
A pioneer of circular design, Prague based Vadim Kibardin has developed a construction method which utilises the underexploited properties of mundane packaging. Working predominantly with paper and cardboard waste as a sculptural medium, Kibardin delves into a conscious and responsible approach to consumption creating objects of collectible design. Kibardin designed Chameleon series of functional sculptures, using waste cardboard as the construction medium for his works but this time attaining a new level of functionality. Organic forms and multiple functions combined in the new series of Lighting and Clock Sculptures. Vibrant rich colours make the form even more surrealistic.
