Dutch Delft blue and white vase lamp on water-gilt base. Small blue and white Dutch Delft faience vase of baluster form with delicate floral decoration, birds and borders mounted as a lamp on water-gilt base with gold silk cord and switch. Netherlands, early 1700s. Dimensions: 4.75" diameter base x 8.25" height to base of stem; 11 1/4” to base of socket. This lamp takes a bulb clip attachment for the shade.

Decorated in imitation of a Chinese Ming vase with a sage, rocks and vegetation, mounted on a wood base. The dimensions noted include the lampshade and electrical fittings. The vase as mounted in wood is approximately 10in. high and 6in. diameter.
