French Orange Glazed Spherical Table Lamps in the Style of Jean Besnard, 1930s
About the Item
Playfully glazed spherical pottery table lights in the style of Jean Besnard. Designed and created by anonymous designer/maker in France during the 1920s or 1930s. No markings or signature to the base. It features period bakelite socket and bronze hardware. There's a little bit of his and her's due to the white socket on one of them and the dark brown bakelite socket to the other. The set comes installed with new fluted white shades.
Measurements: H: 33 cm, Diameter: 14/26 cm base/shade.
