About the Item

Playfully glazed spherical pottery table lights in the style of Jean Besnard. Designed and created by anonymous designer/maker in France during the 1920s or 1930s. No markings or signature to the base. It features period bakelite socket and bronze hardware. There's a little bit of his and her's due to the white socket on one of them and the dark brown bakelite socket to the other. The set comes installed with new fluted white shades. Measurements: H: 33 cm, Diameter: 14/26 cm base/shade. The price is for the set of 2. For the US. It will come installed with a 110 watt adaptor plug ready for use.
