About the Item

Illuminated lighting sculpture by French sculptor and ceramist Guy Bareff born in 1942. Guy Bareff has been creating these beautiful lamps and sculptures inspired by architectural and natural forms and curves since the seventies but has only recently been rediscovered and has been featured in a recent exhibition in Beirut, Lebanon with a number of his pieces both vintage and contemporary. This unique lamp has a cylindrical shape with six vertical openings to create a beautiful atmospheric light effect. The lamp has a single light source with E27 bulb. Made in very small series between 1975 and 1980. Bareff's creations are now highly sought by both collectors and decorators worldwide.
