About the Item
This handmade lamp was designed with a jug-style ceramic base decorated with carved or stamped geometric patterns giving it a mid-century or rustic European look. The finish is a dark brown glaze with some variation in tone. This is representative of German studio pottery from the 1960's. The lampshade is a simple cylindrical, off-white linen, which compliments the more detailed base.
The lamp base is in excellent vintage condition. The shade is new. The base is 14"D and 20"D (with shade).
