Ceramic Table Lamp with Carstens Tönnieshof Base, Brass Detail, and Wicker Shade
A refined table lamp composed of high-quality vintage elements, newly assembled with attention to detail and functionality. The base is a vintage West German ceramic vase by Carstens Tönnieshof, finished in a clean white glaze with subtle texture. It bears the original maker's mark and production code.
The ceramic form is paired with a custom-machined brass fitting, adding structure and contrast. A vintage Midcentury wicker shade completes the piece, offering a natural warmth that complements both traditional and modern interiors.
The lamp is fully rewired with new components, including a white twisted textile-covered cord and updated electrical fittings for contemporary use.
The aesthetic is understated yet distinctive, drawing on the relaxed elegance of high-end Andalusian coastal homes—Marbella, Sotogrande—while remaining versatile enough for a range of environments, from curated urban spaces to coastal residences.
