You simply can't find these wonderful Rembrandt lamps anymore! Rembrandt billed their designs as "Rembrandt Lamps- Masterpieces" and when the modern movement arrived, they were there in a big way with lamps that were simply works of modern art! Rembrandt lamps were so futuristic they were used in episodes of Outer Limits and The Twilight Zone. Set designers that needed props found Rembrandt's incredible modernist lamps just the ticket! Vintage Folk Art Tramp Art Popsicle Stick Table Lamp with Matched Shade Mcm
Located in Toronto, CA
This captivating midcentury Folk Art table lamp is a remarkable representation of the post-war American hobby and craft movement. Handcrafted entirely from meticulously arranged popsicle sticks, the lamp showcases an intricate geometric design that demonstrates both artistry and skill. The lamp's sculptural form features bold, symmetrical patterns, with the base and shade intricately layered to create a striking visual impact. The base is composed of alternating sections that build into a unique, almost totemic structure, adding depth and dimension to its overall appearance. The shade, echoing the base's intricate pattern, is further adorned with delicate flower details, enhancing its whimsical and artistic charm. The lamp is in amazing condition, with every popsicle stick perfectly intact—none are missing or broken. The rich wood tone, along with the precise craftsmanship, makes this lamp not only a functional lighting piece but also a statement decor element that fits beautifully within rustic, vintage, or eclectic interiors. Vintage MCM Art Deco Figural Jester Harlequin Table Lamps Style of Marbro Pair
By The Marbro Lamp Company
Located in Topeka, KS
Enjoyable vintage MCM (Mid-Century Modern) Art Deco figural jester or harlequin table lamps in the style of Marbro, a pair. Comprised of molded plaster, hand painted details, antiqued gold painted stems and finials, and new black silk like drum shades. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that these are vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. There were some cracks and chips that have been repaired. They have new wiring, sockets, & base felt. Please see photos and zoom in for details. We attempt to portray any imperfections. Circa, Mid-20th Century. Let’s get this party started!!! Did you know, a jester, court jester, fool or joker was historically a member of the household of a nobleman, or a monarch employed to entertain guests during the medieval and Renaissance eras? A jester was also an itinerant performer who entertained common folk at fairs and markets… and now this whimsical performing duo is ready to entertain YOU!!! This is a lively pair of figural table lamps in the style of Marbro comprised of molded plaster with intricately hand painted details. They have antiqued gold painted finials under new black silk like drum shades. The male is wearing a fabulous one piece garment embellished with gold and black diamonds, a cape with a broad gold ruffled collar, a black face mask with bright blue eyes, a Renaissance pirate style hat, and he is jamming out on his mandolin with one foot perched upon a ball. The female jester or “Plaisante” appears to be dancing and getting her groove on to the beat of the mandolin. Her outfit matches the male jester with black and gold diamonds down her pants, an identical wide gold ruffled collar, and a gold zig zag on the front of her top. And let’s not forget to mention her gorgeous gold shoes!! She also has a black face mask with blue eye slots and her hat is pointed with jewels on the front. She holds a facial fan which she waves as she dances and a shawl that drapes loosely across her back and flows as she glides to the music. They are sturdied by antiqued gold painted stems and they both stand upon a square base stacked upon a larger gilded square with rounded edges… They are absolutely EXQUISITE!!! Can’t you just hear the strum of the strings and see them laughing and dancing in front of their King or nobleman? We certainly can! They will be wonderful in a game or entertainment room, in your living room, one on each side of the sofa upon a pair of end tables or side by side on a sofa table, or in your bedroom, one on each nightstand beside your bed. They are mid-century modern with a little Art Deco and Hollywood Regency flair and will blend in beautifully with many décor styles. If you are a clown collector or jester lover and have been searching for just the right addition to your home… you just found it! They are amusing, completely charming, and sure to entertain you and your guests for years to come!! There’s no more time for “funny business….” You simply MUST make them YOURS!!! Female Lamp...

Tiffany glass refers to the many and varied types of glass developed and produced from 1878 to 1933 at the Tiffany Studios in New York, by Louis Comfort Tiffany and a team of other designers, including Clara Driscoll, Agnes F. Northrop and Frederick Wilson. In 1865, Tiffany traveled to Europe, and in London he visited the Victoria and Albert Museum, whose extensive collection of Roman and Syrian glass made a deep impression on him. He admired the coloration of medieval glass and was convinced that the quality of contemporary glass could be improved upon. In his own words, the "Rich tones are due in part to the use of pot metal full of impurities, and in part to the uneven thickness of the glass, but still more because the glass maker of that day abstained from the use of paint". Tiffany was an interior designer, and in 1878 his interest turned toward the creation of stained glass, when he opened his own studio and glass foundry because he was unable to find the types of glass that he desired in interior decoration. His inventiveness both as a designer of windows and as a producer of the material with which to create them was to become renowned. Tiffany wanted the glass itself to transmit texture and rich colors and he developed a type of glass he called "Favrile". The glass was manufactured at the Tiffany factory...
