Pair of 1950’s Turquoise Blue Howell Ceramic Unicorn Lamps
About the Item
A gorgeous pair of American ceramic lamps, made in the 1950’s by Howell, the turquoise and 24 carat gold detailing on each of the Unicorn lamps exudes opulence and glamour. These are from the Howell ‘Embassy’ range, they featured prominently in a number of 1950’s interior and styling magazines. We have included a photograph of an original magazine advertisement.
Both lamps have been fully rewired with antique gold braided flex, and brass B27 lamp holders.
Each is supplied with a modern replacement shade, the lampshades do not form part of the description of the lamps, they will be provided for free with the lamps.
