About the Item
Eye-catching 1950s vintage desk light in a light turquoise colour, the design attributed to Charlotte Perriand for Philips. With curved bakelite shade over the neon strip bulb, on a lacquered metal hinged base, with clips to attach to your desk and a push button on the shade.
Measurements: 44cm wide, 29cm high (maximum) and approximately 18cm deep, although these can vary as the angle of the shade is adjusted.
Condition: consistent with age and use, there is pitting and minor rusting to the metal frame, but this enhances its appeal as a 1950s vintage piece.
