About the Item
Pair of classic Postmodern desk lamps, designed by Mario Barbaglia and Marco Colombo for PAL studio, Made in Italy, circa 1980's. Known as The Dove lamp, its long slender neck with tilting head shade, and long slender wire leg like supports suggest a bird like form. Sophisticated architectural design in great graphic mat black finish. Both are in very good, clean, original and working condition. One hood shade shows minor loss to its plastic shell, specifically the flange which covers a part of the hinge, not structural or consequential, please see detailed image.
Base Dia. 4.75 x L of first section of the arm 25.5 x L of hood section 7.25 x W of Arm and Shade 2 3/8 x H fully extended 29 inches.
The lamps accept a standard size halogen bulb, and are wired for use in the USA..
