This modernist table light was produced in DENMARK in the 1940s. It is made from solid brass with nice round mushroom form shade element on the top. Super rare light with this large shade element in 31,5cm in diameter which creates a nice atmosphere of defused light. the light has two original vintage brass/porcelain light sockets for bulbs. the design strictly remember of design by PAAVO TYNELL for TAITO Oy of the 1940s
The light remains in a good original vintage condition with normal patina and traces of use due the age. several scratches and some dents on shade and stand element. comes with original socket, wiring has been renewed..
