About the Item
Stellar surviving examples from an unusual lighting line designed by Helena Tynell for the Swedish firm Flygsfors, circa 1960. Thick glass vessels with the iconic bubble pattern, reverse painted in cream. Pedestal base (with bubble detail) and accents in distressed pewter. A beautifully conceived design. Statement jewelry! Excellent restored condition. The lamps have been rewired using clear cord; new 3-way sockets with nickel turn switch. Complete with new silk shades (Color: Egg; size: 15" x 16" x 11" high) and new nickel finials. Diameter noted is per the base, the height noted is to the top of the finial. The price listed is for the pair. The original maker label was destroyed during restoration.
