About the Item
Iconic table lamps designed by Czech designer Ivan Jakes. Lamps are produced by Sklárny Rapotín in Czech Republic, ex Czechoslovakia in 1960s. Jakes created a table lamp collection in style of chess figurines. The Bishop lamps are by far the most significant from the series.
Made of white opaline glass, the Bishop lamp impresses even when not lid up, as the lamps look like statues. Works on one bulb, European plug. Excellent condition. Great and stylish design classics.
