A large and substantial Bronze Toscana table lamp by Quasar of the Netherlands. Sculptural in form with two rotating plates that pivot around each other due to an interior mechanism allowing different positions to throw light. The bulb inside can also be raised or lowered. Ingenious design and very good quality piece.
