18th C. Carved And Gilt Mirror
About the Item
A tall beveled mirror with carved and gilt double surround. The elaborate crest with a winged bust with tall leafy headdress flanked by scrolling acanthus leaves. The upper sides with carved pendant bell flowers. With a carved leafy inner surround and ribbed outer one. Overall fine antique patina to the gilt.
H. 38", W. 22", Depth 2 1/4"
Condition: Please see detail photos. Various signs of age include some expected wear to the surround, acceptable age discoloration, finish loss and some losses to the mirror silver which do not detract from the fine Antique presentation.
