18th Century Irish Georgian Gilt Broken Pediment Mirror

About the Item

This early 18th century Irish George I wall mirror is topped by a broken pediment with a shell and acanthus leaf cartouche. The shaped apron is adorned with a scallop shell, and frame itself is ornamented with an acanthus leaf and strapwork motif.
