About the Item

A slender French rustic Turn of the Century rectangular bleached faux-bamboo mirror from the early 20th century, with intersecting corners, slanted accents, aged mirror plate and nicely weathered patina. Created in France at the Turn of the Century which saw the transition between the 19th to the 20th century, this charming rustic mirror features a slender rectangular silhouette made of a thin faux bamboo bleached frame showcasing intersecting corners with slanted accents, surrounding a central mirror plate with nicely distressed appearance. The back is made of planked panels. Presenting a nicely weathered patina particularly visible in the lower section, this French Turn of the Century bleached faux bamboo mirror circa 1900 charms us with its rustic appearance and lovely color, making it a great choice to decorate any wall, particularly displayed in a mountain cabin or country home, perhaps hung above a side table, a credenza or in an entryway.
